Plain and simple... No, it is not.
I was given the flash cards and used them a little bit, but I don't think I learned a single thing from them. Not to mention the fact that a lot of the questions weren't even related to the exam objectives. Just read Odom or Lammle and do a few practice tests and you'll be fine for ICND1.

Make your own flash cards with 3X5 index cards. It's cheaper and you will learn more. The physical act of writing really helps with memory retention.

I've been using them for the past few weeks, but only after reading 3 of the best books on Amazon for the CCENT/CCNA. they are good for review after the fact of reading a book or two plus videos.
there just meant to keep the key stuff in your head and it also comes with 3 practice tests. -

The only one I've purchased is from Transender; I find them very useful. I purchased it solely for practice exams, but flash cards came with it. -

Which one is better Transcender or Measure up ?
Measureup someone wrote they are way more difficult than the real exam.
This sounds good.I am thinking about buying one. -

I've used Measrueup and sometimes they're too difficult to the point of being 'mechanical', meaning you focus on how to do hard and unrealistic scenarios. But that's just me, but again, I do use them from time to time.
I prefer Transenders 'cause to me their content is very solid.
