Plain and simple... No, it is not.
I was given the flash cards and used them a little bit, but I don't think I learned a single thing from them. Not to mention the fact that a lot of the questions weren't even related to the exam objectives. Just read Odom or Lammle and do a few practice tests and you'll be fine for ICND1.

aloch Member Posts: 9 ■□□□□□□□□□Make your own flash cards with 3X5 index cards. It's cheaper and you will learn more. The physical act of writing really helps with memory retention.

Deathmage Banned Posts: 2,496I've been using them for the past few weeks, but only after reading 3 of the best books on Amazon for the CCENT/CCNA. they are good for review after the fact of reading a book or two plus videos.
there just meant to keep the key stuff in your head and it also comes with 3 practice tests. -

I've used Measrueup and sometimes they're too difficult to the point of being 'mechanical', meaning you focus on how to do hard and unrealistic scenarios. But that's just me, but again, I do use them from time to time.
I prefer Transenders 'cause to me their content is very solid.
