Simple PHP (image) upload script?

I am looking for a simple upload script which I can use like tinypic or similar. Doesn't have to be image specific. Any upload script would do I guess. Important thing is, it randomizes filenames on the server and once uploaded, presents the uploaded with the direct link to it. Nothing fancy really

Anyone seen something like this ?

Actually found a very simple WP plugin which seems to work just fine ..

Probably needs more testing, but at first glance, not a bad solution ..
