Did not clear CISSP, 10th April

in SSCP
Attempted today the CISSP exam, however it is a whole different thing altogether out there.

Need guidance on setting up a future exam date.

Please help.

Note: Those Attempting in future, please be very clear on concepts, mock test will not help.

    You can take the test again in 30 days.
    Concentrate on domains in the exam report they gave you.
    Persistence is key. Don't give up and you will pass.

    Hello PapaDoc,

    I used the below:
    1) Shon Harris - AIO
    2) Eric Conrad 11th Hour
    3) CCCUre
    4) MH Practice questions
    5) 2 days before the exam I used Sunflower PDF.

    The Domains from Weakest to Strongest
    1) Software Development Security
    2) Physical Security
    3) Cryptography
    4) Operations Security
    5) Information Security Governance & Risk Management
    6) Access Control
    7) Telecommunication and Network Security

    9) Business Continuity & DRP
    10) Legal, Regulations, Investigation and Compliance.

    Since the exam is getting changed on 15th, here is what I have decided
    1) Get the ISC2 New edition [http://www.amazon.com/Official-Guide-CISSP-Fourth-Edition/dp/1482262754/ref=tmm_hrd_title_0&tag=i2p-20]
    2) Will review and re study the videos from CISSP Introduction - Cybrary
    Had reviewed the site for Passed CISSP review and got the above link.

    I need to clear the exam before I end up losing interest, which I will not.

    Any help, advice and suggestion is most welcome.

    Can any one suggest me how to get the Transcender quiz engine and which one to actually purchase?

    Also with the new syllabus being added, will old study material will be useful? Not much is changed with Cloud Computing being added on.

    Dont go for the purchase Transcender right now... pls wait till May... as they will launch with new syllabus

    Thank you for the information, I was not aware of the changes they were making.

    I have ordered the ISC2 Fourth Edition and should have it by next weekend, in the mean time I have started preparing for exam by going through videos in cybrary, beginning with Software Development Security.
