This will be my first certification ever. I do not plan on taking A+ nor do I have experience in the computer work field. I want to start an entry level help desk job, so I want to o the network +.I have an AS: Compute Science degree as well.

I just became A+ certified this past Friday. I ordered the Exam Cram book for the N10-005 today. I also intend to take the Exam before it is retired in August. Will also be using an online course I purchased on groupon which I have access for a year for all the CompTIA exams. I used it when I was preparing for the A+ and it helped. Next after Network+ is CCENT for me.
