MCSA Windows Server 2012

Hello,
Its been a while since I done any certifications 5 years. I am looking to start the self study route for the MCSA Windows Server 2012.
Doing the following exams
70-410, 70-411 and 70-412.
I have 7 years experience and I currently work in a system admin role working with server 2012R2 on a daily basis.
My main motivation is to beef up my CV and get a new job.
I was wondering are the exams still in the same format questions only and no labs?
Does anyone have any recommendations for books and online resources that can compliment the great resources provided by this site.
I have also got a lab set up at home for testing and learning.
Any advice or recommendations would be great.

I decided to go with this book; MCSA Windows Server 2012 R2 Complete Study Guide: Exams 70-410, 70-411, 70-412, and 70-417: William Panek: 9781118859919: Amazon.com: Books
Has all three exams to study for. Also, look into CBT nuggets or pluralsight. Pluralsight is the cheaper one, but people have mixed feelings about it.
This is a very well regarded book, sort of like a bible for Windows Server. Combine that with CBT Nuggets if you can afford it and lab as much as you can.
No labs as far as I know. There might be drag and drop stuff or somethings like that maybe?
there are no labs, only questions. Sometimes it's just a,b,c,d, sometimes you need to drag and drop correct answers to the answering area (some need to be done in correct order), sometimes you have a screenshot of the GUI and need to click on the correct item (usually screen of MMC console).
In regards to books, I used 1 for 70-410 and 4 for 70-411. Still, expect some questions on the exam you haven't seen in any of those books. I also used CBT nuggets, this is quite good and explains a lot (and I prefer watching videos rather than reading). But from my experience, William Panek's book is probably the worst - you can check my review here Amazon.com: Jan Cernocky's review of MCSA Windows Server 2012 Complete Study Gu...
You just have to pick and find out if it was worth it. For me the way i choose is by reviews on amazon. Good Luck with it. I have the pdf file for the book and love it because I could read it at work or by the pool...
My Goal for the Future
2012 - *MCSA*(WHO KNOWS WHEN) KEEP FAILING!!!! Not enough time to pass the last 2 exams.
2021 - *Security+*
2022 - * Pen Tester*
I Have 3 books for the 70-410 as well, currently going through the MS exam ref for 70-410, also recommend the mastering Server 2012 R2 book for deeper understanding on parts you need.
Cool site, bookmarked it. I get that they want it to sound like Library, but it looks like Crybaby at first glance
