Struggling with the Endorsement Assistance Form

Hi guys, I'm having a hard time with one of the fields in the endorsement form.

What should I put in the Examination # field?
(highlighted in red below)



Someone told me I shoud just type in (CISSP), but I really doubt it.
I think there should be a code somewhere that links to my exam results.

Any suggestions?

Look at the top of the exam results printout you received at the test center.

There is a "Candidate ID" but I wasn't sure if that was the same as "Examination #"

That looks different than the form I'm filling out. Mine says "Certificate/Candidate #" ..I just put the Candidate ID from the printout.

I did the same on my endorsement form

Once your endorsed that number will become your "CISSP Number" which will sound ridiculously high compared to the actual number of current CISSP holders but you get the idea. Mine is in the eye popping 100,000 range.
