Well, I passed the exam for an MTA certification, and they're still giving me a hard time because I told them I don't have IT experience. I told them that it states on their Admissions page that it takes one of the following:
    • An IT degree
    • Demonstrated IT experience
    • An IT certification (listed as acceptance)
They are giving you a hard time and you have a cert? That's weird. I got in with just Project+ and no experience. This must be a new thing with them

After "reevaluation," they're calling me today.

I have a feeling whoever is handling your admission is either new to their role or slightly confused.

I spoke with the counselor, and decided not to continue the process. My mentor/counselor was clueless and didn't do a good job explaining anything.

I'll just continue my self-study until I'm comfortable with the process. My gut instinct is telling me to back off for now.
