    After "reevaluation," they're calling me today.
    2015 Objectives: MTA: 98-349 ✔ → CompTIA A+ ✔ → CompTIA Network+ → CompTIA Security+

    I spoke with the counselor, and decided not to continue the process. My mentor/counselor was clueless and didn't do a good job explaining anything.

    I'll just continue my self-study until I'm comfortable with the process. My gut instinct is telling me to back off for now.
