Best book for MTA Server Fundamentals 98-365?

looking for the best book for this cert. Going to use this and another source. Should I use CBT nuggets or Pluralsight for the MTA?

    I have not used it, but this book got good reviews on Amazon. Couple that with CBT Nuggets and you should be in good shape.

    I have not heard anything on it. Since it is based on Server 2008/R2, it should be good for another couple of years.
