Best book for MTA Server Fundamentals 98-365?

looking for the best book for this cert. Going to use this and another source. Should I use CBT nuggets or Pluralsight for the MTA?

    Microsoft Virtual Academy has a solid course on this. I also just used the MS press book; don't overkill the study on this. It is just a MTA. I say that not to diminish it, but to let you know those exams are pretty high level.

    I liked the MVA course because it really covered pretty much exactly what was on the test.

    What MVA course to watch for 98-365 study is what I am asking. If i go to the MVA site and go to server 2012 R2 there are over 50 courses!!
