Guidance on Prep for CCNA R&S

Hello guys,
I am new here and wanted to prepare for CCNA r&s. I want to self study it and not take any courses. Please guide me.
I even want to know the exam code as it seems that 200-120 is not the one in trend now and on how to register for the exam too.
