70-687: CBT Nuggets or Pluralsight?

Who would you say puts out the best training videos for the 70-687 exam, Pluralsight or CBT Nuggets? Also I have the Configuring Windows 8.1 Exam Ref guide, is there a better book, or is that as good as it gets?
