I don't have such an option as
switchport mode dynamic
{
desirable
|
auto
} and
switchport nonegotiate
Why don't I have this command? And how can I fix the issue?

I use only virtual environment, not real, dut to a strong lack of money.
I've tested these commands on all possible types of routers with NM-16 ESW.
I found this command only in Packet Tracer.

Switchport module for routers may have different configuration options. Check cisco documentation for clarification.
