security+ as MCSA elective

Does Comptia Security+ count as an MCSA elective in place of Network+ and A+? I know it counts as an MCSE elective. Just want to be sure if the same applies for MCSA as well.

As an alternative the following certifications may substitute for an MCSA elective:

CompTIA Security+

Or

CompTIA A+
and
CompTIA Network+

Or

CompTIA A+
and
CompTIA Server+

Or

Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician
