Certification track suggestion

Hello everyone,
I was a CCNP certified network engineer until 3 years ago when my certification expired. I've been working at an ISP where I do mostly security and data center operations including firewalls, load balancers, virtualization, nexus series switches, mpls and bgp.
Currently I don't have any valid certificate. I plan to pursue CISSP in the long term (1 year period), that's for sure. But I'm not sure what I should get on networking side; should I follow CCNP track, or CCNP Data Center track, or maybe instead of them I can focus on security solely and get Check Point certs?
What do you suggest?
Thanks.

beads Member Posts: 1,533 ■■■■■■■■■□I'd pick up where you left off with the CCNP and see how you feel about moving forward. Let my CISSP expire for a bit, went back picked it back up no problem.
