new Cisco security certification?

I've heard rumors of an upcoming Cisco security certification -- not necessarily specific to Cisco technologies, but an overall security certification. Can anyone confirm/deny?

They currently have a security exam that is not as Cisco proprietary- Cisco Cyber Security Specialist- Cisco Cybersecurity Specialist - IT Certification and Career Paths - Cisco Systems

that is a vendor specific/neutral certification then
