Anyone familiar with using this utility? We recently purchased the gold package and was wondering if anyone had any lesson learns to share with this product. I am carefully going through the tutorials, but I find real world post mordems work better.

I've used the free version in the past, worked well enough for security training and the like. From experience its no so much the tool as it is keeping your audience interested enough to continue to the end of the survey itself. The one real downfall with survey monkey is that its been so successful everyone is familiar with the format and tends to bore reading endless questioning in the same format. Survey Monkey is to surveys as Microsoft PowerPoint is to presentation software - Everyone is familiar.
