    The suspense is killing me.........

    14/04/2015 - Passed exam.
    22/04/2015 - Submitted endorsement. Snail Mail from Korea
    28/04/2015 - Received acknowledgement.
    Still waiting for certification confirmation.

    March 16, 2015: Submitted endorsement, confirmed received by (ISC)2 same day
    April 14, 2015: Received certification
    June 3, 2015: Received certificate and ID card

    Probably. I've been waiting, very impatiently.

    The dude above that said he got his endorsement on the 12th gave me some hope to getting it early, but still nothing. I'm not expecting it until tomorrow, at the earliest, from the timeline of people that posted before knakkarit.

    You and I got our endorsement acknowledgement on the same day. I am yet to see anyone on this thread have to wait longer than 7 weeks and 1 day for their endorsement completion. Guess what day today is? 7 weeks and 1 day. Yeah, I'm counting. I've ran out of patience.

    Me three! I also received my acknowledgement on April 28, after passing the exam on April 14. This week is hard, because I really expected to receive it today (if not yesterday).

    As soon as you get the email, as they are pleased to be the first to address you as a CISSP. ;)

    "Congratulations! It gives me great pleasure to be the first to address you with the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP®) designation! Based upon your examination results, a review of your application and acceptance of your endorsement, the (ISC)2 Board of Directors awards you with the CISSP Certification.     I got mine at 3:24 PM EST. I still hadn't received it by lunch, and I was beginning to lose hope haha. Time to move on with my life now. Thanks for everyones support.

    I passed on April 12 2015 and I submitted my papers in 29 April. I got a confirmation mail yesterday that I am certified but certification will take another 8 week to reach me.

    Congrats! Yes, the paper certificate will take another 8 weeks, but you have the official endorsement email, with your CISSP ID number, and you can start using the CISSP in your email signature block and on your business cards. [I printed my endorsement email and danced around the office, before updating my signature block. ;) ]

    In an increasing digital world with open office spaces, I'm not sure there's a lot of value to the piece of paper, unless you work in an office where you are able to have an "I love me!" Wall. ;)

    ISC2 endorsement process complete notification: 5/20/15
    ISC2 Certificate/ID Card Received: 7/3/15

    It took a little over 6 weeks between items #3 and #4.
