What helpdesk software do schools/University/Companies use?

I wanted to practice watching videos, incase someone asks me in interview about the software itself. I.e. Issue tracking software.
Achieved CCNA R & S. Next : MCSA 2012

    We use Service Now and Remedy. Both are pretty popular. I've also used Zendesk.

    I have been running OTRS (otrs.com| OTRS Simple Service Management) with my current and former company for about 9 years now. I highly recommend it.

    My company was using NetSuite, but we've moved to ConnectWise. I am not aware of the cost though.
