What helpdesk software do schools/University/Companies use?

I wanted to practice watching videos, incase someone asks me in interview about the software itself. I.e. Issue tracking software.

We use Service Now and Remedy. Both are pretty popular. I've also used Zendesk.

Using HP Service Manager currently. In the past have used Service Now.

My company was using NetSuite, but we've moved to ConnectWise. I am not aware of the cost though.
