Passed Network +

I passed Network + this morning and I was somewhat disappointed with how in depth this exam was. I passed the exam with a 848 in 23 minutesicon_cheers.gif. Grant it I am a Network/System Administrator by trade but I just can't shake this feeling that it was just "too easy". The only reason why I took this exam was to get out of taking a college course, which in turn saved me about 700$. With that all being said, the one thing I can say that might help others in the future is just to know a bit about sub-netting, it definitely came in handy. I only took 2 weeks to study and I used some notes I found online along with using quizlet flashcards. All-in-all I am glad I passed but I would not stress to much on this test. It is relatively simple, as long as you know the basic information about networking I believe you will pass with flying colors. Onto CISSP full throttle, cheers.

    Congrats!

If someone is a network admin, the test really shouldn't be too challenging since it's an entry-level cert. I worked at a help desk having less than 1 year IT experience and I passed it with a decently high score also.
