Hello Guys,
ideally you should be reading from the official Review Manual, available from ISACA. Frankly, I think it's awful, so after reading it twice I decided to postpone my exam (I'm sitting it next week) and study from the All in One guide by Peter Gregory.

I've completed the reading now and am scoring approx 80% on the ISACA CISA Question DB, so I think the AIO book is sufficient. Good luck!
