Access to MOAC virtual labs

Hi Guys i have access to the Microsoft IT academy videos https://itacademy.microsoft.com/?whr=default
but how do i get access to https://moac.microsoftlabsonline.com/MyAccount/Account for virtual labs.

Are they included in the IT academy subscription or do i have to purchase books for these to get codes?
