    Unfortunately, he wants someone with a bit of experience in a corporate IT role, since this is going to be a customer-facing role. Sorry!

    That said, don't be discouraged, and you should definitely participate more around here in order to take full advantage of this forum. It's a great resource and can help you get on track to a solid IT career, if you're willing to work for it.
