None of those are professional skills.
A professional skill is solarwinds administration, front end programming (javascript, PHP, etc), exchange account administration.
Professional skills should be specific skills that have been tested in a professional environment.
Forklift operation is a professional skill.meh -

1) If those are actual images you have inserted into the resume then remove them or maybe replace with standard bullets
2) Move your "Interests & Activities" section to the top above professional skills. This is more of your "Summary" or "Profile" section. It should read more professional and touch on your current knowledge and experience which applies to the job you are applying too.
3) I don't think "Clean driving license" is necessary unless you are applying to a field technician type job where you will be operating a company vehicle or using your own vehicle to perform tasks.
4) Employment section need to be beefed up significantly.... what industry was this in? what targets were met? how did you contribute to the companies success? Include dates for the different positions held and show progression/increased responsibilities.
5) For education list your education in order of highest level to lowest of education obtained (i.e., Masters, Bachelors, Associates, High School, etc.). If you just have one of those then just list that
6) You can leave our references available upon request, typically not needed and they will request if they want those.
It looks to me that this is a careers change...be sure emphasize your experience that transfers to an IT career and be prepared to explain any career change during phone screens/interviews.Certs: CISSP, CISA, PMP -
NetworkNewb Member Posts: 3,298 ■■■■■■■■■□Yea.... that looks worse I then I thought it would by copying and pasting it. Probably should've done a little clean up works (removing the IMG tags). Not sure what images your putting on your resume either... But your resume seems to be the problem.
Are those 3rd grade Math and English classes? I have no idea from this. Why are they relevant to an IT position?EDUCATION

You say you were IT support, you should list what you actually did along the lines of IT support. A company hiring for your IT skills isn't going to care if you have your forklift license. They want to know exactly what you can do in terms of IT. -

First time I tried posting a resume it wouldn't let me post a .doc or a .pdf. I ended up taking a screen shot of it and saving it as an image.
Later on in the same post I was allowed to upload a .doc or a .pdf. My best guess that someone with administrator or moderator rights can grant and take away the privilege to upload certain types of documents and that you start out with only the ability to upload certain types of image files. -
redfox8 Member Posts: 12 ■□□□□□□□□□thank you very much guys!
i will amend what is needed then update.
there are no image on my resume, is it just lines.
i had help from a friend doing this cv but he has moved away not long after i gave up on studying. -
markulous Member Posts: 2,394 ■■■■■■■■□□I'd remove all your skills and education as none of that is relevant. You're ticket to a job here are your certs and you want to put those right below your name so it's the first thing they see.

srabiee Member Posts: 1,231 ■■■■■■■■□□Try to save your resume in PDF format and then re-upload. If that doesn't work, try uploading to Google Docs or Dropbox and then send us the public link.WGU Progress: Master of Science - Information Technology Management (Start Date: February 1, 2015)

cruwl Member Posts: 341 ■■□□□□□□□□I highly recommend reading as much of this post as you can:
http://www.techexams.net/forums/jobs-degrees/13582-resumes-dos-donts-guide-line-getting-contacted.html
If you are targeting help desk type jobs you need to list skills related to help desk jobs such as do you have any customer service experience? Next your certifications cover a long list of skills targeted at OS support. List these skills, do you have skills installing and troubleshooting office programs? list that. Don't just say operating systems, list which ones you are familiar with : Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8/8,1 ect Server 2003, 2008, 2012. With those 2 certs you should be able to fill out a decent list of skills.
Next I prefer to spell out my certifications, that way if the HR person has no idea what MCTS is they willl after reading your resume.
So have it read:
Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist: Windows 7 Configuring
Secondly Check you certification in mcp.microsoft.com I believe 70-680 + 70-685 = MCSA Windows 7. If you do indeed have your MCSA put it at the top of the list or possibly replace the 2 you have with the MCSA.
At the bottom completely remove references available upon request. But you should already have a list of references typed up, and when you go to interviews bring a couple copies with you for when they do ask. -
srabiee Member Posts: 1,231 ■■■■■■■■□□It's difficult for me to assess your resume because it's chopped in half in the images you linked to, but I can tell that it needs a lot of work.
I implore you to check out the links below, particularly ptilsen's resume. This is not only an excellent example of a competent and comprehensive IT resume, it's also a fantastic resume template. Please examine this resume and make note of how it begins with a professional summary, and how each job description begins with a high-level overview of daily duties and responsibilities, and then uses bullets to highlight special achievements, projects, promotions, etc. This is ideally how you should write your own resume.
Please let us know if you need further assistance and I'll see what I can do to help you. Try to find a way to link us to a PDF copy of your resume though.

This thread contains a fantastic example of a properly formatted and written resume (ptilsen's resume):
