How to enable ICS?

I read the whole book for 70-270 (MS-Press), I don't recall the book mentioning how to enable the ICS. Can someone explain how to enable ICS?

Try to actually enable ICS on a Windows XP computer and use another one to access the Internet through it, and check the resulting IP configs of the computers involved. That way you won't forget.
