Ticketing system

I was wondering what ticketing systems do internet service providers use?

I.e. Rogers, fido etc? Do they use servicenow, or zendesk or something else? I just wanted to use the demo and practice.

Thanks

Clarify is a popular one I've seen out there in service providers.

We use OTRS as it's opensource and fully customisable.
