Lab Manual Suggestions?

Hey guys. I'm about half way done preparing for my Security+ certification, and would love to solidify my knowledge with some labs. I was wondering if someone could suggest a great lab manual (free or for purchase) for the Security+ exam? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
