Motivation - What Is Possible

I was watching a video at wearemighty.com with part of this speech and then I tracked down another video with the same speech with more put into it . The part that got me starts at 2:35 and I did some reflecting on what was being said in the video. I guess it might apply to all of us who works in IT and other professions where we have to improve at a slow to rapid pace. I kinda select the people who I have close to me based on what is spoken about in the speech, especially started at 2:35.

Anyways, I thought I would share mostly for people who get discouraged from failing a certification, class(es), relationships or they feel some type of way...

It's more for working out, but you can apply it to all things in life, not just your profession. Worth a view, its pretty intense and the speech is very deep!
