Blue Coat WebFilter/ProxySG

Hi,
Does anybody have experience in this? I believe we are moving toward this as our web filtering/protection going forward and would like to know if anyone has any good resources in terms of administrating/managing this thing. Thanks in advance

I will say it is an awesome product. Almost every company I go to has Blue Coat. Here are some links
