How do you book the RHCSA exam beside going along with Red Hat?

Is that the correct way to book the exam with Red Hat, from their website choose the testing center location, click "Enroll" and enter payment info and personal ID info? Is there another website that you'd need to log in after you are done with RH? And how would I know that I booked the exam and not just lectures?

    Initially Red Hat sent the same message, (examslocal and all that) but: I am not taking a kiosk exam, I am (according to Red Hat) taking a virtual exam. What's the difference?
    I wish the scheduling part was more straight- forward.
