Cover Letter Template

Do any of you guys have an excellent cover letter template that you would be willing to share for the benefit of the rest of the community?

I haven't given much thought to my own cover letter until recently, and feel like I could definitely use some help in this area. I understand that cover letters are very personal and should be tailored to a given situation/position. However I thought that perhaps someone might have a great "template" for an IT cover letter, something that you have had a lot of success with. I'm sure a lot of us could use the help in writing our own cover letters.
