in CCNA & CCENT
I got a perfect score in CCNA today! I was so psyched!
Its not impossible to pass and even perfect the exam.
Some Tips I can tell you guys is that for sure, do not depend on reading SYBEX alone. I believe that you should use SYBEX with Cisco Press ICND to get all the pertinent information you need. Couple this with lots of practice, there is in no way you will not get certified.

Im currently studying for mine, and im using testout software,CP books, sybex 5th edition, Richard Deals CCNA book, and Learnkeys CCNA series. Just trying to narrow down which books will be sufficient enough to pass! Not sure whether to go two test option or one...Switches are bridges on steroids!

Actually I've done reading the Sybex the 5th edition. And almost done reading reading Cisco Press intro. Maybe after passing the intro oneweek I'll take the ICND exam.
Congrats again and nice score -

chinaman Inactive Imported Users Posts: 167Now I understand clearly how subnetting works and thanks for all your support. That site I found in this forum perfect giving random question and everday I keep on practicing 1 hour sometimes 30 minutes.
Again I'm reading my Press book and pass all the details I need for the exam. -

I only used two books. Sybex CCNA 4th Edition and the Cisco Press ICND. I used the NetVis Simulators for Router and Switch configuration. I studied Night after night for 3 months. Read and re-read these two books.
These two books gave me all the stuff I needed to know and make intelligent guesses on difficult questions that came out of the exams.
As a test simulator, I used the routersim Certsim that came with the study kit. And if you update certsim, it actually gave me a simulator question that closely matched the one that came out. :P lucky deal.“Remember that everyone you meet is afraid of something, loves something, and has lost something” -
