Are the Network+ N10-006 and N10-005 2 parts of the same test? Or separate test? Do I have to take both to get the N+ or just one?

Hey thanks I finally find that out looking at retirement dates. Seems like getting information on testing and study guides/certs should be less confusing, or maybe it's just me.
