satishtech Member Posts: 243Kindly state what study materials you used and what are the
tough parts in the exam ? Are the scenario based questions
very complicated ?Subnetting suggestions ? ACL IPv6 which
parts can get tricky.I am buying Boson practice exams will that help ? -
Alceo Member Posts: 80 ■■□□□□□□□□To prepare for this exam I' ve used:
-Official Cert Guide by Wendell Odom
This is a must, just study it very well.
-Packet Tracer
I' ve done a LOT of labs. Test all the thing that you are learning with this.
If you test all you will be disappointed during the exam because the simulated scenarios will be too easy.
-CBT Nuggets by Jeremy Cioara
Usually I don't use video, but I had this for free.
I recommend this if you have problems with subnetting/vlsm, here is really well explained with a lot of usefull tricks and examples.
The exam in the end is not too difficult, the only problem could be if you run out of time.
My biggest advice is to learn how to subnet, find ranges, broadcast, ... very quickly. Learn the technique and do it without having to think, this will save you the time to answer all the questions. -

No, never used them. They are a bit expensive, almost the same price of the real exam. -
satishtech Member Posts: 243Thank You , very much.
Did you solve any practice exams ?
If you have a list of all the labs you practised
for the exam, kindly share them.
Thank you once again.
Congratulations.
