Can I sell a voucher?

Was wondering if I could sell a Microsoft Exam Voucher that was given to me after a completion of a server 2003 college course. The main problem is my name is on the voucher in pen. The voucher does not state anywhere "That it is illegal to sell or anything" . Any info would be helpful.
Thank you

Why would the voucher be invalid?
I do not have enough time to study and pass the exam before the voucher expires.

So did you use the voucher number?
If you used the voucher, then it has expired....
You can't sell a voucher, if you have used the voucher number...

Or did you not use the voucher number?

You may inquire if you are permitted to 'transfer' a voucher to another person rather than 'sell' it. Provided the transfer is happening face-to-face with another person.

If it's something you will do over the Internet (like e-bay) than you may indeed ask about 'selling' just so it doesn't bite you later!

Curious to know how you make out with this??

    'i' before 'e' except after 'c'.... weird?

The piece of paper is completely worthless. The only thing needed to test is the voucher numbr itself. I have done this before a few times with some friends, just trading off vouchers. It's no big deal.
