I know there are a lot of DoD personnel on here and it seems most forget or never know that you have access to a LOT of free libraries and resources. Each service should have it's own access to Skillport and Books24x7, all DoD have access to a large library through DoD's MWR, online as well, https://www.militaryonesourceeap.org/achievesolutions/en/militaryonesource/Content.do?contentId=27777.
I just wanted to share for those that didn't know (I just found out about Safari myself). This applies to contractors too.

For those not associated with the DoD, ACM provides much of the same materials as part of their standard membership. That means, if you are not a student, then you pay $99/yr. Students pay much less, so long as they have a valid school email address. The easiest thing to be in the world is you. The most difficult thing to be is what other people want you to be. Don't let them put you in that position. ~ Leo Buscaglia
