70-410 Books Confusion

Hi Everyone,

Im new here, need to start studying for MCSA 2012. Here is the dilemma i am faced with...
[h=1][/h]Which book do i have to buy for the exam ...

Exam Ref 70-410 but there are 2 versions Standard version and R2

Training Guide 70-410 2 versions Standard and R2

I have all the pdfs/ebooks but i study from books better (old fashioned)

Please help i am confused as F*** and i need to buy the books in 2 days.

For the Rest of the Exams 70-411 , 70-412 go with the R2 versions?

Do you get these books in Dubai ? website?

Get the R2 versions, the exams have R2 content now.

I have that book it kind of help but I think i would of gone with something else. I already failed twice so I'm using some other book now. " Installing and configuring windows server 2012 r2 Training Guide"

I think might be a better book to have and study, plus the mastering windows server 2012 r2 green book.

I teach the MCSE track and have been for the past 15 years. When the MCSE track moved to 2012 R2, I adopted the Microsoft Press Green books. However, they do lack some of the explanation of the objectives so I created a video series on Youtube. If you are starting out on the 70-410 I recommend the Craig Zackers book http://amzn.to/1JVbETc and also watching my video series at http://www.youtube.com/networkedminds. Although just watching the videos and reading the book will not guarantee a pass, it is a good beginning and I urge you to also experiment with the labs and learn some PowerShell. I also urge you to get some test prep materials for preparing to take the exam. Hope this helps.

Question for you since you teach the material, and you mention some test prep material. What's a good site to buy some test from? I know a lot of people will say just find them online but I would think the ones you buy would be a little better or something.
