Around a year and half ago, I started studying hard and getting many certs from WGU. I was thinking my current job would realize it and promote me or give me more system admin work. Of course, that didn't happen. I started to apply to jobs and kept getting the whole "not enough experience talk" on interviews. I kept my head up and kept searching. Today I can finally say my search is over!
Scored a new job as a network admin. Got a nice bump in salary. Still awaiting for some details on benefits and stuff but i'm positive i'll take it since the experience and learning curve will be huge. SO EXCITED.

It actually going to be a jack off all trades job. Ill be doing system admin work, network admin work, project management work, MSP monitoring work. They are growing and I was told that all input I give will be valuable since I know this type of industry more then they do.Nice! Congrats!
