Need some advice on certification path to take.
I am currently a hands on IT manager(pretty much do little bit of everything), trying to move job into more of a systems engineer role.
Just got my MCSA server 2012. i took 70-346 instead of 70-412.

1. I can take 70-347 and get MCSA office 365.
or
2. MCSE - server
3. CCNA
4. VCP.

Not exactly sure which order to get them.
Eventually I want them all, but I am paying out of my pocket, so want to get the ones that matters the most in getting a new job first.

you need all of these, but it is important to have networking skills.

thanks. I have decided to finish MCSE first since Microsoft is running the free second shot again.
Planning to do 413, 414 then move on to CCNA.
for VCP, i am waiting for Stanely CC registration.

I'd say that's a wise plan. Stanly is definitely the way to go to get VCP on the cheap. Depending on exactly what you want to do on systems side, you might want to consider CCNA Data center. Gives you a bit broader experience (network/storage/servers) for systems work, while still giving you basic network skills in general. Plus getting you past the HR filter looking for CCNA
