Question about an interview in another state

Here is my dilemma, I was given a great opportunity to interview with a security company in another state. I was planning on taking a vacation two weeks after the interview to the same state to visit family. I was combining a weekend and three days of vacation time. Well my interview is scheduled for a Monday & Tuesday, so I want to still visit family albeit two less days now. I was wondering if it is frowned upon to change the flight dates on my own expense to accommodate my vacation? I do not want to give a bad impression right before the final round of interviews.

If you're paying for the change and it doesn't impact the scheduled interview I would think they would understand, especially if they know you have family in the region.
