Virtual Box- How To

Hi all, I am attempting to install Server 2012R2 with system center. If you take a look at system center it is split up into a bunch of different files. Most are .exe files and separated. How would one install this into Virtual Box?

Can you upload a bigger screenshot? I usually have no issues with virtualbox and installing WinServers.
Is it an ISO or CD?

Looks like that last file might be an .iso. If so after you set up the VM with an empty hard drive, boot the .iso file.

I fixed it by using vmware player. Same iso and the exact same method. Vmware player worked without a single issue.

I think that VMware Player has a feature called Easy Install or something like that, that recognizes and automatically installs the OS. I think that in Virtualbox you need to install the OS manually from the ISO file: Install a guest OS manually
