If I'm not mistaken, the Microsoft Second Shot promotion ended on May 31st. This link has vouchers for $101.95 ($13 cheaper)

NyBlizzard you are mistaken. They went ahead and started it again on the 12th of July.

I could be 100% wrong, but I believe it's handled on the back-side based on the time you schedule and take the exam.
