For prep I used Darril Gibson's book (but there were several things that were not covered at all. Linux commands?) and using Professor Messer on the stuff I was unsure of from Gibson (namely PKI). I also used CertMaster but honestly only got it because it came with a retake coupon. Oh yeah, I almost forgot, the LINUX question! I got that one too. Don't remember much about it, other than thinking "God, this MUST be one of those "non-graded" questions." Seriously, I used a variety of sources and NONE even touched on that.
