    From my experience working in an enterprise environment:

    Change management administrator - approves change tickets, really only worries about maintenance times and proper format of ticket.

    Technical writer - basically an editor for KM articles.

    Manager - reminds you about company annual training and filling out your timesheets. Also attends meetings, usually has no idea what's going on from a technical perspective.

    Technical are obvious. Non-technical jobs attached to IT departments may include asset management, budgeting/purchasing, technical writing, training, project management, helpdesk (call center type, not hands-on), specific application support, something related to big data analytics, a research role, etc.
