Having my clothes either in my car or my work bag works out either way, but remembering to take pre-workout before on a rushed day is the hard part . Mornings can work if I wanted them to. Just not a fan of waking up at 430 am (Even though I used to go at midnight before getting into work at 345 am).

Utilize the onsite gym at work for cardio/weights until about 8:15-8:30. Shower and then head into the office to start by 9. I hate mornings, but since my wife is up at 6:15 anyway, I just get up at the same time since I get woken up anyway. Fitbit is also nice for helping me keep track of some sort of metrics to measure my improvements on distance, heart rate, calories, etc.
