Hi Guys,
Can anyone recommend a decent UCCE book? I only started working with UCCE about 4 months ago but it's such a big beast and I wanted to get a deeper understanding of it.
Cheers

Did you manage to find any good ones? Contact Center is a beast no matter the platform you're doing it on (Cisco, Avaya, etc). If I manage to take down TVOICE this week I might want to have a look at UCCE just out of curiosity. How do you find the product?

shodown Member Posts: 2,271the UCCE book is okay, but not great. Cloverhound is a great resource and you can ask them questions below the post and they will usually respond. Your best bet is to get the UCCE admin training. You may also need to to find some CVP resources or IP-IVR depending on what front end you are using.Currently Reading
