Heck yea, CISSP is a dream maker cert! Can't wait to get mine so I can double my salary.
Unfortunately I just passed my Sec+ and will be a few months til I get my CISSP so will have to wait to apply to the ISO position... -
636-555-3226 Member Posts: 975 ■■■■■□□□□□Good luck. Well-rounded security/executive talent in my area is near zero. Couldn't find a skilled Analyst, Manager, or CISO to save a company. Lots of certs floating around there, but nobody who is actually any good at it.

Nope, I was an ISSO (Information Systems Security Specialist) in my last role that was doing all of the ISSM work.
An ISSO is like a nurses assistant. Does all of the work and takes home less pay. -

In what cities? There are a ton of security jobs last I checked. -
