2nd interview with a School District

On Monday, I have a second round interview for a help desk position with a school district. I interviewed with the Technology Director (who would be my boss) for the first interview. On Monday, apparently I am meeting with the superintendent. What should I expect in this one? I have a feeling this interview is going to be more about soft skills and general work ethics.

That's what I'd expect too. The superintendent is not going to be technical.
