Definitely check out StorageCraft! Great product for creating image based backups. You can even launch the backup in a vm

I am very familiar with ghost from years ago and have used it. But are they still very popular with your typical corporate IT department these days?

The desktop support services branch at my old job used Ghost for Windows and Casper for OS X. It was a corporate IT environment.
