Did you get hire?.
I have some friends working for cisco and they say is an awesome job, excellent to gain some experience, but i suppost is boring just to be focused in one area.
The TAC is the technical assitance center of CISCO, they support almost all the products and technologies that cisco has in the market.
In my country some companies like: CISCO,microsoft,HP,motorola and some other have their tac's and is not that hard to get a job there, if you have the right skills and/or certs.
I hope he got the job.

Congratulations! What city are you going to be in?
Thanks!
I'm going to Amsterdam.. Staying there for a year in the ASE program, and then move "home" to Oslo and work for Cisco there.
Sounds very exciting.
