keenon Member Posts: 1,922 ■■■■□□□□□□i have been contacted by cisco about working for TAC.. however i have dealt with alot of tac engineers and they have told me that its a great job but they work totally in 1 product area.. i feel that it would drive me nuts to only have 1 job areaBecome the stainless steel sharp knife in a drawer full of rusty spoons

Good luck with the interview bhattnbikes! -

Did you get hire?.
I have some friends working for cisco and they say is an awesome job, excellent to gain some experience, but i suppost is boring just to be focused in one area. -

The TAC is the technical assitance center of CISCO, they support almost all the products and technologies that cisco has in the market.
In my country some companies like: CISCO,microsoft,HP,motorola and some other have their tac's and is not that hard to get a job there, if you have the right skills and/or certs.
I hope he got the job. -

Paul Boz Member Posts: 2,620 ■■■■■■■■□□If their office was NBMA they wouldn't have to worry about flooding and thus wouldn't need that plunger and paper towels!
